Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 18, 2021. Motion by the respondents-appellants, in effect, to designate the defendants One Sunset Park Condominium, Matt Levi, and Paul Klausner as defendants-respondents and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 30, 2022, the appellant-respondent shall submit corrected covers for the joint record and the appellant-respondent's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court which designate One Sunset Park Condominium, Matt Levi, and Paul Klausner as defendants-respondents, and file, via NYSCEF, replacement digital copies of the joint record and the appellant-respondent's brief which contain the corrected covers; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file an answering brief is extended, and on or before November 30, 2022, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, their answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]).
