Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 9, 2022. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal is frivolous, or in the alternative, to direct the appellant to post an undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order dated August 9, 2022 (see CPLR 5511).
