Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in effect, in the nature of mandamus to compel the respondent, Anthony S. Senft, Jr., an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, to grant the petitioner's application for a certificate of relief from disabilities, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated January 12, 2022. Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue the proceeding or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and judgment of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
