ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 21, 2021, is amended by deleting from the first sentence the date "October 21, 2022," and substituting therefor the date "October 21, 2021."
