ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated October 19, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Kings County, dated August 18, 2022, is amended by deleting the from the first sentence therof "Family Court, Kings County" and substituting therefor "Supreme Court (IDV Part)," and deleting from the second sentence therof "Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120," and substituting therefor "Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35,".
