| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered December 7, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with certain video exhibits to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion which is for leave to withdraw the motion to file a supplemental brief is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2022, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to be furnished with certain video exhibits is denied as academic.
