DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to consolidate the appeals in the above-captioned appeals from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, dated October 29, 2021 and an appeal from an judgment of the same court entered December 30, 2021, respectively, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the two above-captioned appeals is granted to the extent that appellant may serve and file an original and four copies of a single appellant's brief and a single reproduced record on appeal bearing both appeal numbers, and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appeals shall be perfected on or before December 9, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by December 9, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeals on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person
