ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated June 27, 2022 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 26, 2022, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Cherynyaev" and substituting therefor the name "Chernyaev."
