Appeal by Latise Eady from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 22, 2022, following a trial. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2022, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55(2).
