Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered September 30, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before November 10, 2022; and it is further
