Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 3, 2022. Motion by the petitioners-respondents to confirm that no automatic stay of the order and judgment is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1) or, in the alternative, to vacate any automatic stay of the order and judgment pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to confirm that no automatic stay of the order and judgment is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
