DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

,

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County dated July 20, 2021, and September 15, 2022, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2021, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that directs a hearing to aid in the disposition of a motion (see Bagdy v Progresso Foods Corp., 86 AD2d 589), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

BARROS, J.P., RIVERA, GENOVESI and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
