DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 18, 2020. By decision and order of this Court dated September 16, 2022, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until October 17, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
