| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2022. Motion by the nonparty-appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated July 20, 2022, and an order of the same court dated July 26, 2022, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the orders is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is granted and enforcement of the orders is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before December 7, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before December 7, 2022, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
