DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2021. Motion by the respondents Richard Loninger and Richard Loninger, DPM, P.C., to enlarge the record to include certain material. Separate motion by the respondents John Mancuso, Manhattan Podiatry Associates, P.C., and NYC Foot & Ankle OBS, P.C., to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Richard Loninger and Richard Loninger, DPM, P.C., is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents John Mancuso, Manhattan Podiatry Associates, P.C., and NYC Foot & Ankle OBS, P.C., is granted, and on or before November 29, 2022, the respondents John Mancuso, Manhattan Podiatry Associates, P.C., and NYC Foot & Ankle OBS, P.C., shall serve and file their respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
