DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2021. Motion by Great Big Food Events LLC, in effect, to designate itself as a respondent-appellant and to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Securitas Security Services, USA, Inc., is designated as an appellant-respondent and ACP BK I, LLC, is designated as a respondent-appellant, and, on or before December 14, 2022, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the joint record and the briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court in connection with the appeal and cross appeal from the order which contain a caption reflecting the parties' status for the appeals and cross appeal and denominating the correct status of the party filing the briefs, and upload replacement digital copies of the joint record and the briefs containing the corrected covers to the NYSCEF system; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 14, 2022, Great Big Food Events LLC, shall serve and file its answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]), via NYSCEF.
