| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2022.
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the enforcement of so much of the order as, in effect, permits the respondents two-hour unsupervised visits with the subject child three times per week without restriction is stayed, and the respondents are permitted to have three two-hour unsupervised visits with the subject child per week, which visits must occur in a public place, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Kings County, whichever occurs first, and the motion is otherwise denied.
