Appeals from an order of fact-finding of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 4, 2021, an order of disposition of the same court, dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket No. N-5851-2016, and an order of disposition of the same court dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket Nos. N-5848-2016, and N-5849-2016.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that an order on certification of this Court dated February 23, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-00943, granting poor person relief and assigning counsel concerning the appeal from the order of disposition of the same court dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket Nos. N-5848-2016, N-5849-2016, and N-5850-2016, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-00943 and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-01927, to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is granted regarding that order of disposition under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-01927 and not under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-00943.
