Appeals from an order and a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered December 12, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered November 21, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2021, is amended by deleting the name "James DeBrosse" in the first paragraph and the decretal paragraphs thereof, and substitute therefor the name "James G. DeBrosse"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2021, is amended by deleting the name "Gerard DeBrosse" in the first paragraph and the decretal paragraphs thereof, and substitute therefor the name "Gerard J. DeBrosse."
