Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 23, 2004, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 8, 2012. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated August 8, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 27, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
