DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 26, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permitted a re-evaluation of the petitioner's driving abilities and the suspension of his driver's license, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
