Appeals by Raul Ponce from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both rendered January 25, 2022.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 27, 2022, which granted poor person relief and assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 2060/2019, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted as to the appeal from the judgment rendered under S.C.I. No. 1590/2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
