Appeal by Ericka Servetah from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 28, 2022. By decision and order of this Court dated September 12, 2022, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until October 12, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
