DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the County Court, Rockland County, dated February 24, 2022, and June 14, 2022, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2022, Patricia Gunning, 14 S. Main St., Ste. 2, New City, NY 10956, counsel assigned by the County Court, Rockland County, was relieved of the assignment to respond to the appeal from the order dated February 24, 2022, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal from the order dated February 24, 2022:

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2022, is amended to reflect that counsel assigned to represent the respondent by the County Court, Rockland County, was relieved of the assignment and counsel assigned to respond to the appeal from the order dated February 24, 2022, is also assigned to respond to the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2022, is extended until December 5, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon former assigned counsel as well as the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
