DECISION & ORDER ON
MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Garrett R. Lacara for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Lacara was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 19, 1983. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 10, 2014, Mr. Lacara was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years effective October 10, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Garrett R. Lacara does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
