Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 24, 2021. Motion by the respondents Stephen Hom and Tirgit Hom to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
