DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Julie Giraldo from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 31, 2022. The respondent-appellant was granted leave to appeal as a poor person on October 26, 2022. The following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
