Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered September 24, 2018. Motion by the appellant to hold the appeal in abeyance. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.

ORDERED that the motion to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
