It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief is granted and the time is extended to November 14, 2022, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal is denied, with leave to renew upon oral argument of the appeal.
