DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Rowan M. Munroe from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 4, 2022. Pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2022, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by November 21, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
