Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 2, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated August 6, 2021, which, inter alia, directed the appellants to serve and file a replacement record containing certain documents and omitting a certain document, on or before September 9, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
