Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 22, 2021. Application by the appellant to substitute Jermaine A. Nelson, as executor of the estate of Inez Dale, for the deceased respondent Inez Dale, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Jermaine A. Nelson, as executor of the estate of Inez Dale, is substituted for the deceased respondent Inez Dale, and the caption is amended accordingly.
