DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 21, 2022, an order of the same court, dated April 21, 2022, and an order of the same court, dated August 4, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order and judgment. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from an order or a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing party.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs and disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
