| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 7, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and continue the remand of the subject child to the care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed and the remand of the subject child to the care and custody of the petitioner is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
