ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated December 12, 2022, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the appellant "Travain Nibbs" and substituting therefor the respondent "People of State of New York".
