Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, rendered June 14, 2022. By order of this court dated November 14, 2022, Steven A. Feldman, Esq. was assigned as counsel.
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, Steven A. Feldman, Esq., is relieved of the assignment, the brief for appellant is marked as withdrawn and former counsel is directed to return any papers in his possession concerning this proceeding to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant will proceed pro se on this appeal, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before March 10, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by March 10, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss, on three days' notice, and may serve appellant in person.
