Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 28, 2019, and September 2, 2022, respectively. Motion by Allure Care Management LLC, Allure Group, Inc., Linden Center Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Alliance Health Property, LLC, and Ruby Weston Manor, to consolidate the appeals, or in the alternative, to calendar and hear the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar and hear the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
