| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Dennis Steven Berkowsky for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Berkowsky was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 29, 1981. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 18, 2015, Mr. Berkowsky was disbarred based on his conviction of a felony, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, effective August 10, 2011. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2021, Mr. Berkowsky's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Dennis Steven Berkowsky's character and fitness to practice law.
