On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated December 14, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal by Willy Franklin from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2022, and August 29, 2022, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of William C. Hoffman, dated December 9, 2022, it is
ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
