In the Matter of Joseph J. Giordano III, admitted as Joseph James Giordano III, a disbarred attorney.
(Attorney Registration No. 4412219)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Joseph J. Giordano III, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Giordano was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2006, under the name of Joseph James Giordano III. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 29, 2012, Mr. Giordano was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Joseph J. Giordano III, admitted as Joseph James Giordano III, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
