| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by John J. Scotto for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Scotto was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 9, 1986. By opinion and order dated May 20, 1991, this Court disbarred Mr. Scotto effective immediately based upon his conviction of possession of a forged instrument, in violation of California Penal Code § 475, a felony.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto,
it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that John J. Scotto does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
