Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set bail after his conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, resisting arrest, and speeding, in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, upon a jury verdict, on December 19, 2022. The Supreme Court, Westchester County, remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied.
