Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated May 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se to direct that the appeals be actively managed, to assign a case manager, and to issue a scheduling order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
