ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated December 7, 2022, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the defendant third-party plaintiff- respondent-appellant "L.S. Electric Corp."and substituting therefor appellant-respondent "Erik Vagle".
