| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 14, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of the order as, sua sponte, reduced the respondent's child support obligation to $600 per month, commencing in September 2022, and to stay enforcement of that portion of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
