DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 27, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order and judgment as permits the respondents, or anyone acting on their behalf, to undertake proceedings to withhold his income for child support, restrict his passport, and suspend his driver's license, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
