DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Carla G. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated July 22, 2022. By order to show cause dated October 21, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the consent of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

BARROS, J.P., MALTESE, DOWLING and VOUTSINAS, JJ., concur.
