DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered October 4, 2021, for an order compelling the Agency to provide appellate counsel with access to the record and the dates of the arraignment and any conferences conducted by the Agency in this case.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before February 6, 2023.
