Motion by appellant to reargue an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 12, 2019, and from an order of that court dated July 29, 2019, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated July 22, 2022, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
