Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, dated January 6, 2022, denying appellant's motion to vacate the portion of a judgment of conviction rendered June 30, 2016 that imposed incarceration, for a stay of execution of the incarcerative portion of the sentence pending determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
